We serve swanky, elevated American comfort food with a 1920s speakeasy vibe. Our kitchen produces bold, craveable dishes that have been featured on the Travel Channel’s Man v. Food—including our famous 100% Wagyu beef burgers, butcher-block bacon, and deep-fried, bacon-wrapped hot dogs.

What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities)
  • Execute high-quality dishes: Accurately and efficiently cook our award-winning menu items (Wagyu burgers, specialty sandwiches, and loaded appetizers) according to recipe standards.

  • Station Prep & Setup: Keep your line station fully stocked, organized, and prepped for busy rushes.

  • Maintain Food Safety: Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards. Keep a clean, spotless kitchen.

  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the kitchen crew and front-of-house team to ensure food is delivered fresh, hot, and on time to both the dining room and our private 32-seat screening room.
