Job Title: Data Entry / Sales RepresentativePosition Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry / Sales Representative to support both administrative operations and business development efforts. This role combines accurate data management with outbound sales responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who is organized, confident on the phone, and comfortable engaging with new clients.

This position will begin as part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance, business needs, and mutual agreement.


Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Administrative Duties

  • Accurately input, update, and maintain student records in company databases

  • Generate and process certifications for students who complete training programs

  • Maintain and organize student data, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Utilize Microsoft Excel to track student progress, certifications, and reporting

  • Prepare documents, reports, and communications using Microsoft Word and Outlook

Sales & Outreach Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

  • Present company services and training programs in a professional manner

  • Follow up on leads and assist in converting prospects into clients

  • Maintain records of sales activity and client interactions


Qualifications

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience (inside sales, outbound sales, or similar)

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Confidence in making cold calls and engaging with new clients

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
