Scope
We are seeking an experienced consultant to develop, standardize, and deploy SOPs across multiple departments under an approved governance charter and a SharePoint-based document repository. Key Responsibilities

- Review existing documentation and identify content to formalize, consolidate, or retire.
- Ensure procedures reflect applicable compliance obligations, including OSHA, ADA, CIPA, and related public agency requirements, and flag gaps for leadership review.
- Publish approved SOPs to the SharePoint repository with correct metadata, version control, and review dates.
- Develop rollout communications, quick reference materials, and training artifacts that support staff adoption across all locations.
- Prepare review packages for the SOP governance process and incorporate feedback through controlled revision cycles.
- Provide regular status reporting to the PMO, including progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Document repeatable playbooks and coach designated staff so the Library can sustain the program after the engagement concludes.
Required Qualifications
- Seven or more years of experience in business process documentation, SOP or policy development, or technical writing in operational environments.
- Demonstrated delivery of a high-volume documentation portfolio, 40 or more procedures within a single program, on a fixed timeline.
- Experience working within a formal governance or document control framework, including version control and structured approval workflows.
- Strong facilitation, interviewing, and plain-language writing skills, with samples available on request.
