They are responsible for greeting clients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and performing other clerical tasks. Their role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and providing a welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors. As they work part time, their hours are typically less than a standard 40-hour workweek, which can offer flexibility for students or those with other commitments.

To thrive as a Part Time Legal Receptionist, you need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of legal terminology, often supported by prior office or receptionist experience.
