Our goal is to find a motivated, personable, and dependable individual who will help us provide exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a part-time Legal Assistant to support our attorneys and staff in a professional, client-focused law office environment.
This position is ideal for a current undergraduate student or an individual seeking flexible part-time employment with an established law firm. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop and strengthen administrative, communication, and office management skills while gaining exposure to the legal profession.
Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and office staff
  • Assist with client communications and customer service
  • Prepare, format, and organize documents using Microsoft Word
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Answer phones and assist with general office duties
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all client interactions
