Job description

Part-Time Legal Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Legal Assistant to support our legal team with administrative and case-related tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable handling confidential information.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence
  • Organize and maintain case files and client records
  • Assist with legal research and projects
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and time tracking as needed
  • Perform general administrative tasks (data entry, scanning, phone/email/mail support, misc office duties)

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or office assistant preferred
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and court procedures is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
