THE AVAILABILITY WE NEED

Choose what works for you - seasonal, full-time, or part-time hours. Our standard hours are 8 AM–5 PM, Monday through Friday, and overtime is available for those who want to maximize earnings.


QUALIFICATIONS TO BECOME OUR SNOW EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

  • Possess tools for equipment installation
  • Valid driver's license
  • Experience with Fisher and/or Western Equipment
  • Experience with plow mount and wiring installations across a diverse range of vehicle makes and models
  • Strong mechanical skills with the ability to accurately read and implement manufacturer installation manuals
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to safely lift over 75 lbs and thrive in a dynamic shop environment
  • 2+ years of experience in snow equipment installation is preferred
  • Experience installing LED lighting, strobe kits, and auxiliary electrical accessories is preferred

THE VITAL ROLE YOU HAVE

Your role is hands-on and impactful. Each day, you install snowplows, salters, and accessory equipment with accuracy and care. You manage wiring and controller setups, diagnose hydraulic issues, and make sure every job meets strict safety and manufacturer standards.
