Lead the charge in optimizing LEGO's injection molding operations by ensuring seamless Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) and spare parts management, driving reliability and efficiency in a world-class manufacturing environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize the MRO storeroom and spare parts program to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Develop and execute strategic spare parts inventory plans based on equipment criticality and lifecycle management.
  • Serve as the SAP inventory subject matter expert, maintaining master data and ensuring compliance.
  • Supervise daily warehouse operations, utilizing Lean principles and visual management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support maintenance reliability initiatives and improve equipment uptime.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory accuracy and operational performance.
  • Partner with Procurement and suppliers to source materials, improve performance, and reduce lead times.

This role is vital in maximizing equipment reliability and operational efficiency, directly impacting production uptime and quality. By collaborating with various teams, the supervisor drives strategic initiatives that align with LEGO's commitment to world-class manufacturing and continuous improvement, ultimately contributing to the company's global success.

Do you have what it takes?

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field is desired, ensuring a strong foundation in managing complex manufacturing operations. Experience in a highly automated warehouse operations with MRO inventory, maintenance planning, warehouse operations, or manufacturing supply chain.


Must have:

  • Advanced proficiency with SAP (PM/MM modules preferred), including material master management and inventory transactions.
  • Strong understanding of maintenance operations, spare parts management, and inventory optimization.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience in industrial manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and manage complex projects.

Nice to have:

  • Reliability engineering or maintenance planning experience.
  • APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP).
  • Lean Six Sigma certification.

Additional:

  • No relocation will be provided
  • Some minimal international will be required
  • On-site presence will be required especially during the ramp up phase

Compensation

The salary for this position has a range of $84,674.00 - $127,010.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
