Position Summary:
We are seeking a licensed, Aesthetician to join our team for a part-time position. The ideal candidate has experience performing laser hair removal treatments, with a strong understanding of laser safety, treatment protocols, and client consultation. They are skilled at creating customized treatment plans, delivering exceptional client experiences, and achieving consistent results. In addition, the candidate is proficient in providing relaxing yet results-oriented facials and possesses a deep knowledge of skin health and skincare.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in one of these specialty areas:
  • Laser Technician Certification (Laser Hair Removal), SkinPen certified, CoolSculpting experience, Dermaplaning trained/certified
 
  • Consult with clients to recommend and customize facial treatments and add-ons
  • Maintain detailed client records, before/after photos, and treatment plans
  • Ensure the treatment space is clean, sanitized, and stocked
  • Provide product and skincare regimen recommendations
  • Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional service and education

Qualifications:
  • Must have a valid state advanced Aesthetician License in Alabama
  • Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience performing laser treatments
  • Passionate about skincare and client results
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Punctual, professional, and polished appearance
