Job description

Since 1991, Permanent Choice has helped Minnesotans feel comfortable in their skin. We're a woman-owned company with clinics across the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota, specializing exclusively in laser hair removal and electrolysis — it's all we do, and we do it exceptionally well.

We're looking for a technician who takes pride in both clinical skill and genuine client care. You'll deliver treatments, build lasting client relationships, and grow with a team that trains and mentors from within.

Pay: $20-44/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Part-time, possibly Full-time
Location: St. Louis Park, in person

What you'll do

  • Perform laser hair removal and electrolysis treatments following established protocols and individualized treatment plans
  • Consult with clients in person and educate them on their treatment options and expected results
  • Document treatments and maintain accurate client records (MyTime + charting)
  • Keep your treatment room clean, sterilized, and fully stocked
  • Help confirm appointments and support the front desk during downtime
  • As you grow: mentor and help train new technicians
