Enjoy working outdoors? Join Lake Lawn Resort as a Grounds Attendant and help keep our property clean, safe, and looking its best for guests year-round.


Position Details

  • Employment Type: Part-Time
  • Shift: Flexible (Days, Weekends, Seasonal Needs)
  • Department: Grounds / Maintenance

What You'll Do

  • Maintain cleanliness of resort grounds, including guest areas and lakeside property
  • Pick up trash and debris (paper, cigarette butts, etc.) across the property
  • Empty outdoor garbage cans and maintain waste areas
  • Perform basic landscaping tasks such as weeding, planting flowers, and lawn care
  • Rake seaweed and maintain shoreline areas as needed
  • Assist with seasonal work, including snow removal in winter
  • Complete daily work logs and communicate completed tasks
  • Use protective equipment and follow all safety guidelines
  • Support additional grounds and maintenance duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, or outdoor work experience preferred, but not required
  • Valid driver's license required
