Shift Lead

A Part-Time Laderach Key Holder (Shift Lead) is a brand champion who is passionate about providing a wonderful overall in-store experience. The ideal Key Holder exudes strong leadership traits and aims to build a career in retail management. 

What you can expect:

  • You will deliver outstanding customer experience, as well as a similar environment for the in-house team
  • You will provide training and/or helping Store Associates to always ensure that production goals are met, including product-finishing projects
  • You will lead various in-store tasks during each shift, exemplifying the store and brand standards
  • You will ensure the movement on the sales floor is flowing effectively
  • You will Help ensure product merchandising is done accurately
  • You will help to lead the follow-through of all food safety protocols
  • You will target sales objectives and help to achieve store compliance and loss prevention standards
  • You will participate in team meetings to discuss goals, progress and topics in need of improvement
  • You will participate in other role-related duties as assigned by the Store Manager

What we expect from you

  • You have at least 1 year of experience in retail sales or similar fast-paced, customer-minded environment, with increasing levels of responsibility
  • You are equipped with strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively
  • You are reliable and flexible with scheduling based on store needs
  • You are quality-minded with keen attention to detail
  • You are passionate about chocolate

Physical Requirements:

  • Depending on the length of the shift, employees may need to have physical stamina to remain active and stand for long hours, often walking or standing in a fast-paced environment.
