(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Medical Technologist - General - HEADLINE: Located in a suburban community about 30 minutes to Manhattan, several Medical Lab Technicians|
Technologists are needed. Available: Full and Part-Time Shifts, Nights and Day Shifts, and Per Diem work.
LOCATION: suburban community 30 minutes from Manhattan
PRACTICE OPPORTUNITY:
Located in a suburban community about 30 minutes from Manhattan, several Medical Lab Technicians|Technologists are needed.
Work Schedules:
Full and Part-Time Shifts available
Nights and Day Shifts available
Per Diem
Candidates with work experience are preferred. However, they are flexible and
open to new graduates.
Requirements:
Must either have or apply for a New York State License and Registration as a Certified Clinical Laboratory Technician -Technologist.
Duties|Responsibilities for the Lab Technician:
Use stain slides with microscope to identify microorganisms.
Perform procedures and exams following the hospitals protocol
Follow quality control procedures
Log equipment and temperatures
Check air cylinder tanks as well as the PH of solutions.
Tissue culture examination
Entering appropriate data according to protocols is needed.
