POSITION SUMMARY:
This position functions as a member of a professional teaching team in an inclusion setting. The Inclusion Teacher works with the students to promote the students' achievement of educational goals and learning objectives in accordance with the students' IEP.
REQUIREMENTS:
Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate and appropriate Special Education Endorsement or eligibility
Demonstrated knowledge of effective teaching methods and ability to maintain a positive learning environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Early Childhood experience is a plus, preferably in an urban environment
