Make a difference every day. Dining Room Servers provide our residents with a warm and inviting dining experience in a sociable and friendly environment. Our team members are encouraged to take the time to build caring relationships with our residents and help contribute toward our mission of serving with love, respect, and integrity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Set and clear tables as directed
  • Serve residents in an efficient and friendly manner
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
  • Use proper procedures when cleaning dining room tables, chairs, floors, windows, and serving areas.
  • Empty trash and recyclables to proper containers.
  • Attend mandatory training as scheduled
  • Performs other duties as needed.

As a Dining Room Server, you will:
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents in a restaurant-style dining setting
  • Set, clear, and maintain clean tables and dining areas
  • Ensure meals are served efficiently, safely, and with attention to detail
  • Build positive relationships with residents, making each dining experience enjoyable
  • Work closely with other servers, caregivers, and kitchen staff to support smooth meal service
  • Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
