Position Overview

Conscious Core Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT) to join our innovative psychotherapy practice. This part-time position offers you the flexibility to work remotely, allowing you to manage your schedule while offering high-quality therapeutic services. You will have the autonomy to determine your own caseload, which typically ranges between 10 to 30 billable hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and provide targeted short-term psychotherapy for various mental health conditions, employing evidence-based modalities tailored to client needs.
  • Utilize telehealth technology to deliver therapeutic services that may include crisis intervention, skills training, couples counseling, and family therapy.
  • Collaborate with licensed psychologists, nurse practitioners, and physicians providing clinical supervision during treatment.
  • Initiate treatment plans based on thorough assessments while determining the appropriate level of care for each client.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and intensive outpatient programs, focusing on both mental health and dual diagnosis disorders.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment reports, while adhering to HIPAA and regulatory standards.
  • Participate in clinical consultations and team meetings to review complex cases and enhance service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your client base will span individuals, couples, and families facing an array of challenges, including mental health issues, relationship problems, and substance use disorders. Our approach involves understanding each client's unique context, which integrates consideration of sociocultural factors and community resources to deliver holistic care that fosters healing.

Qualifications
  • Must possess a current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or a Psychological Doctorate (Psy.D.) to practice in Colorado.
  • A Masterโ€™s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy services in a clinical setting.
  • Proficient in the use of telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in mental health crisis intervention and family dynamics.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based treatment models such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
  • Previous involvement in integrated healthcare settings and collaborative care teams.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 โ€“ $125,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
