Job description

100% Breast Imaging Radiologist Position PRN
Location: Denver, Colorado and/or Lone Tree, Colorado
The Department of Medical Imaging of the Colorado Permanente Medical Group (CPMG) is accepting applications for a fellowship-trained, board-certified breast imager with expertise in all aspects of breast imaging, including digital mammography, digital breast tomosynthesis, breast ultrasound, breast MRI, and interventional breast imaging (multimodality image-guided needle biopsy and localization).
This physician could work primarily in either Denver, CO (Franklin office) or Lone Tree, CO (Lone Tree office), where comprehensive screening, diagnostic, and interventional breast imaging care is provided. This physician will also have the opportunity to have a home workstation for work-from-home shifts (Screening and MRI).
The position is 100% breast imaging and provides a home reading PACS station for a mix of patient-facing clinic days and work-from-home days (if desired, all work can also be performed on-site if desired). The FTE can be flexible, ranging from 3-5 days/week, based on your desire. Your typical day is 8 am-5 pm with no required weekend work.
Our collegial department comprises 26 radiologists across all subspecialties in an exclusively outpatient practice. The breast imaging section is comprised of 8 fellowship-trained, subspecialized radiologists committed to providing high-quality, service-oriented, compassionate breast imaging care. Our breast imaging radiologists are part of a larger multidisciplinary team - including oncologists, surgeons, and pathologists - working together to save lives from breast cancer.
Our department is highly collaborative and has a strong interest in continuous practice improvement. As an early adopter of Peer Learning, we offer 24 hours of free internal AMA Category 1 CME a year. Colorado Permanente Medical Group is an independent, physician-led medical group practicing in a fully integrated system that affords the opportunity to truly deliver evidence-based and patient-centered care.
Come join one of the nation's leading integrated care organizations and enjoy the unparalleled lifestyle offered on the idyllic Front Range of Colorado!
