Your role
As the IT Operations and Infrastructure Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience working with a diverse range of technologies within an enterprise IT environment. You will actively contribute to meaningful projects and tasks, helping to drive our operations forward. Our goal is to lay a strong foundation for your career by exposing you to various technologies within enterprise IT infrastructure, including Data Center and Cloud Operations.
You will
Incident Management and Troubleshooting:
• Develop foundational troubleshooting skills by learning incident management frameworks.
• Resolve incident tickets and fulfill service requests efficiently.
IT Infrastructure Solutions and Technologies:
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and migration of servers.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of managing Cloud and Virtualized infrastructures.
• Explore and support various IT infrastructure solutions and technologies.
Reporting and KPI Measurement:
• Identify, develop, and utilize reports to resolve issues and perform maintenance.
• Measure and analyze KPIs using tools such as Azure dashboards and Power BI.
Participation in IT Projects:
• Engage in IT projects, including data center refreshes.
• Contribute to planning, design, configuration, and deployment of devices.

Job location
