Salary: $50-95/hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time IT Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of technology solutions to our customers. This role is responsible for coordinating and driving implementation projects across infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services engagements.


This position is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys owning outcomes, working across technical teams, and delivering high-quality results in a flexible, part-time capacity.

This role is expected to average ~20 hours per week, during regular business hours.


Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Execution

- Manage end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including planning, execution, and closeout

- Coordinate internal technical resources (engineers, architects, and partners)

- Maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables

- Track scope, timeline, and risks; proactively resolve issues


Customer Engagement

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during project delivery

- Lead project kickoff meetings and ongoing status updates

- Ensure clear communication and expectation management

- Drive strong customer satisfaction


Operational Consistency

- Apply and improve project delivery processes and documentation

- Ensure clean handoffs from sales to delivery

- Maintain organized documentation across stakeholders


Financial Awareness

- Track project hours and delivery against expectations

- Support alignment to project budgets and efficiency


Qualifications

Required

- Prior experience managing IT infrastructure, cloud, or cybersecurity projects

- Experience coordinating technical teams and managing multiple projects

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to operate independently and take ownership


Preferred

- Experience in a Managed Services Provider or IT solution provider

- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure, infrastructure, or backup solutions

- Exposure to compliance-driven environments
