What Youโll Do:
- Lead small-group training sessions using the Alloy system
- Coach proper form, technique, and modifications with attention to detail
- Create an engaging, positive, and motivating environment
- Track client progress and notes in our system
- Help clients stay consistent, accountable, and progressing

Requirements:
- Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, or similar preferred)
- Previous coaching experience preferred
Schedule:
- MondayโWednesday: 3:00pm โ 8:00pm
- Occasional Saturday mornings
- Additional shift coverage opportunities
