Were looking for a high-energy Full Time Trainerto help lead our training team, coach camps, and drive gym growth. This is a leadership role for someone who loves coaching, developing others, and making a real impact in their community.
Responsibilities

  • Coach a high volume of camps each week
  • Deliver an elite member experience and build strong relationships
  • Assist in onboarding and developing trainers
  • Support gym growth through member engagement, retail, and nutrition sales
  • Contribute to social media content and marketing efforts
