Job description

Benefits:
  • Competitive salary
  • Employee discounts
  • Training & development
  • Wellness resources

Many trainers are passionate about fitness. Passion is a great thing to have. But in addition to passion, we're looking for discipline, consistency, and whether you can show up every single day and operate like a professional.
We're looking for one person. Maybe two if it's the right fit.
Who we want:
• You show up early. Not on time. Early.
• You can hold a conversation with our members in careers ranging from students, teachers, nurses, business owners, lawyers, etc.
• You understand that training clients and keeping clients are two different skills - and you want to learn both.
• You don't need to be managed. You need to be pointed in a direction.
• You take coaching. When someone tells you there's a better way, you don't get defensive - you get better.
• You're not looking for a place to hang out. You're looking for a place to build something.
What we don't want:
• Someone who can't learn new things.
• Someone who needs to be reminded to contribute to keeping the gym in order and clean.
• Someone who's here until something better comes along.
• Someone who takes clients for granted.
• Someone looking to freelance under our roof. This isn't a co-working space. You train our clients, inside our system only.
What you get:
  • *$25/session starting rate that moves up based on what you produce - not how long you've been here. Must hold a valid, nationally recognized certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent). If you're not yet certified, we'll start you at a lower session rate until certification is completed. When not training clients, you'll be paid at minimum wage as a base. Commission on sales contracts is also available.
  • Direct mentorship from a Fitness Director who's built teams from scratch and delivered at goal for years.
  • A system to operate inside. You won't be guessing what to do with clients. There's a framework. You'll learn it.
  • A real path. The trainers who came up in this gym didn't stay at $25. The ones who earned it moved fast.

Requirements:
• Certified personal trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) - or willing to get certified within 60 days
• Available mornings, evenings, or both • Reliable transportation
• You actually train. Not just coach - you live it.
What will set you apart:
• Comfortable working with Artificial Intelligence as a tool
• Have a laptop for client management, calls, and workflow
• Highly coachable with a fast learning curve
