With multiple operational tiers-including educational institutions, community programming, travel, media, and development-Qalam functions across various entities under a unified vision.
About the role
  • Guest Services team members will play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized experience for community members and visitors. This part-time role focuses on parking management, traffic flow, and hospitality support during high-traffic times and events.

What you'll do
  • Direct vehicles and manage traffic flow in designated parking areas.
  • Operate a golf cart to shuttle guests from overflow parking.
  • Provide assistance and directions to community members and visitors.
  • Collaborate with Facility Assistants, Hospitality, and Parking teams.
  • Support Friday (Jumuah) operations and announcements as needed.

Qualifications
  • Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm and organized in busy environments.
  • Comfortable with outdoor work and operating a golf cart.
  • Team player with good communication skills.

Schedule
  • Part-time role with 3-4 hour shifts.
