Join Team Honda as a Part Time Receptionist and be the welcoming face of our Baton Rouge, LA location. In this role, you will ensure a positive first impression by greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and providing general administrative support to keep our front office running smoothly.
**Schedule: Monday-Friday 4:00-7:30pm AND Saturdays 8:00am-7pm**
Responsibilities- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Manage and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Maintain reception area to ensure tidiness
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry
- Provide general support to staff as needed
Requirements- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
