Job Description
The Indiana University Foundation is seeking someone detail oriented and analytical to support the stewardship of donor intent as a Funds Utilization, Account Support Assistant on a Part Time Temporary basis.
Working closely with the Manager of Funds Utilization, you will reach out to fiscal leaders across Indiana University to help them maximize the use of their donor gift funds, documenting their responses, interpreting account data, and developing actionable insights to help those funds reach their full potential. Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Prior experience in customer service, account support, administrative support, or a related field
  • Coursework, internship experience, or professional experience in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field preferred

Additional Information
This is a part time, temporary, on site role based in Showalter approximately 20-25 hours per week.
We anticipate the position being available through December 21st 2026, with the possibility of extension based on business need.
The hiring range for this position is $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
