Job description

Provide customer service to both current and prospective students

The Campus Visit Coordinator is responsible for creating exceptional prospective student experiences through the coordination of campus visits. This position serves as a key representative of the institution, conducting outbound phone calls to prospective students and families to schedule college visits. The role supports enrollment goals by fostering engagement and providing accurate information.

ย This position is 100% remote - candidates who reside in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, North Carolina, and Florida, now and during the course of employment with Berkeley College.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • ย Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective students for the majority of the shift
  • Arrange campus visits for prospective students, open house visits, and enrollment activity visits
  • Provide accurate admissions information.
  • Document all interactions in the institution's CRM system.
  • Ensure compliance, customer service, and product knowledge

SALARY RANGE: ย ย $16.50 -$18.50 hourly - No Commissionย 

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma required
  • Some College preferred

EXPERIENCE and TRAINING:

  • Customer service/call center experience preferred
  • Outbound/Inbound phone experience preferred
  • College admissions experience preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

  • Salesforce
  • Command of Microsoft Office and Outlook email/internet

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 gigabyte (GB) RAM
  • The hard drive size should be 120GB minimum.
  • Sound card with speakers / Microphone/Webcam/Keyboard and Mouse/USB Headsets - ES will replace faulty headsets/webcams if the associate is here more than 90 days.
  • High Speed Dedicated Internet Access (Cable, DSL, or FIOS) for the computer you work from. (For best results, its recommended to connect directly to router instead of using Wi-Fi) No use of wireless hotspots. Minimum 50 mbps for download and 15 mbps for upload for Internet Speed.
  • Two Monitors/Screen required
