Job description

Remote Human Resources Customer Service Representative

Location: Remote – Nashville, TN Area
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Training: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM EST
Work Hours After Training: Must be available between 8:00 AM–8:00 PM EST
Weekends: Off
Equipment: Company Provided

We are hiring Remote Human Resources Customer Service Representatives to assist employees and former employees with HR and benefits-related questions. This is a great opportunity for customer service professionals who enjoy helping people and are comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.

Location Requirement

This is a 100% work-from-home position, but candidates must live within 25 miles or approximately a 45-minute commute of the Nashville, Tennessee area.

What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound calls from employees and former employees regarding HR and benefits.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve questions professionally.
  • Explain HR policies, procedures, and benefit information.
  • Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
  • Research outstanding issues and follow through to resolution.
  • Respond to customer inquiries submitted online.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
  • Meet attendance, quality, productivity, and customer service expectations.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • At least 6 months of recent call center and/or benefits experience within the past 1–2 years.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good computer and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Perfect attendance during training is required.

Work-From-Home Requirements

Candidates must have a dedicated, quiet workspace and a reliable wired high-speed internet connection. Wi-Fi and 5G connections cannot be used while working or when completing the required speed test.

Minimum Internet Requirements:

  • Download: 25 Mbps or higher
  • Upload: 5 Mbps or higher
  • Ping: 175 ms or less
  • Computer must be plugged directly into the router when completing the test.
