Looking for a fun, peoplefocused job at the airport? Come join our team! We're hiring a Customer Service Rep to help passengers, answer questions, support events, and help keep things running smoothly in the terminal! If you love helping people and enjoy working in a fastpaced environment, this may be the perfect role for you!


What You'll Do

Assist passengers with wheelchair and cart transportation
Keep wheelchairs/carts clean & sanitized
Answer passenger questions on airport services, security, baggage & more
Respond to calls on the customer service/LEP line
Support PR with events and logistics
Staff the information booth & maintain tourism materials
Perform additional duties as assigned


Schedule (Hiring for THIS Shift) | Onsite averages 24-28 hrs/week

Weekend Schedule:

  • Fri: 1pm-8pm
  • Sat: 1pm-8pm
  • Sun: 1pm-8pm
  • Mon: 11am-6pm


Pay

$15/hour | Parttime (no benefits)


Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a friendly, energetic customer service representative to help passengers, support events, and keep our airport welcome to all. You'd be great if you enjoy helping people, can walk/stand frequently, and don't mind some physical activity (pushing up to 100lbs/lifting to 50lbs). Customer service experience is a plus!
