Requirements for the Role Degree in finance, business, or a related field, or equivalent professional qualifications. Relevant experience in asset management, with familiarity in North American investment processes, products, or operating models preferred. People management experience, ideally including oversight of colleagues in another region or location. Experience in controls assurance, risk management, compliance, audit, or a related field is desirable. Working knowledge of risk and control management principles, with a willingness to develop deeper expertise in RCSAs, control assurance, and front office governance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility with investment professionals and control partners. Strong judgment, prioritization, analytical skills, and attention to detail when reviewing processes, controls, and documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with automation, data analysis, or workflow tools is beneficial but not required.
