Job description

We are a leading furniture and interior design showroom in Santa Barbara, offering an organic and wide range of upholstery, lighting, rugs, accessories and design services. We work with both local clients and interior designers to create beautiful, comfortable and livable spaces.
POSITION OVEVIEW
We’re looking for a personable, design-minded individual to join our team. This role blends retail sales, styling and light design support – perfect for someone interested in interiors, merchandising, and client-facing creative work.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Assist customers in the showroom with furniture and décor solutions
• Help style the floor (merchandising, moving product, refreshing displays)
• Support the design team with projects and client follow-ups
• Process sales and orders
• Help with receiving and organizing new product arrivals
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Friendly, confident and comfortable talking with customers
• Professional presence and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for aesthetics
• Self-sufficient, reliable and available to work weekends
• Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office suite of products and Google platforms
HOURS & PAY
Part-time: 15 – 25 hours/week. Must be able to work weekends. We are happy to work with other job schedules, etc.
