Showroom Manager

Richstone Marble and Granite

Chantilly, VA • On-site

Part-time

Re-posted 10 days ago

Job description

RICHSTONE SURFACES.
Showroom Manager:
  • Sales & Brand Experience.
  • Full-time / Part-time.
  •  On-location.
  •  Chantilly, VA.

Luxury Stone Surfaces  |  Sales  |  Content Creation  |  Client Experience  |  Social Media.
ABOUT RICHSTONE SURFACES:
Richstone Surfaces has been crafting custom stone for the mid-Atlantic region for over two decades. When the second generation took the reins a few years ago, they didn’t just inherit a business. They inherited a foundation: a reputation built on craftsmanship and relationships with some of the region’s finest designers, architects, and builders.

What they built on top of that foundation is something new entirely. A reimagined showroom. A sharper brand. A deliberate push into the luxury design space. We’re not a startup, but we move like one. We have the stability of twenty years and the ambition of day one.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
“We need someone who can honor what we’ve built while helping us tell the world who we’re becoming.”
This role sits at the intersection of sales, brand-building, and client experience. You’ll guide clients through some of the most meaningful design decisions they’ll make for their home or business — and you’ll use your presence online and in person to grow awareness of Richstone Surfaces as the destination for luxury custom stone in the region.
You’ll also play a real role in shaping what this next chapter looks like. This isn’t a role where you execute someone else’s vision. It’s one where your energy, creativity, and relationships help write it.
WHAT YOU’LL OWN:
  • Lead the full showroom sales experience — from first hello to signed project.
  • Consult with clients to understand their vision and match them with the right finishes, materials, and design direction.
  • Create and share content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn that drives traffic to our physical location and builds the Richstone Surfaces brand.
  • Collaborate with ownership to shape brand messaging, campaigns, and how we present ourselves to the market.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with designers, contractors, builders, and luxury homeowners.
  • Help define the showroom experience as we scale — your fingerprints will be on how this next chapter unfolds.
  • Maintain the overall appearance of the showroom with either direct hands-on cleaning and organizing or spearheading staff or contractors to help keep the space inviting to all who visit.

WHO YOU ARE:
  • A natural connector — people trust you quickly and remember you after one conversation.
  • Visually fluent — you appreciate design, understand aesthetics, and can speak confidently about luxury materials and finishes.
  • A content creator at heart — you know how to frame a room, tell a story on camera, and build an audience that converts.
  • A closer — you’re motivated by results, not just relationships, and you know how to guide someone from curiosity to commitment.
  • Excited by a company in motion — you want to join something that has real roots and real momentum, not just one or the other.
  • Experience in luxury retail, interior design sales, home goods, or a related field is a strong plus.
COMPENSATION & DETAILS:
  • STRUCTURE: Hourly + commission.
  • TYPE: Full-time/Part-time.
  • SETTING: On-location, showroom.
  • LOCATION: Chantilly, VA.

READY TO BE PART OF THE NEXT CHAPTER?
We have twenty years of craft behind us and a whole new story ahead. If you’ve got the drive to sell, the eye for design, and the personality to build an audience — we want to hear from you. Send us a message, a portfolio, a social handle, or whatever tells your story best. We’re not looking for the perfect resume. We’re looking for the right person.
