Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk/Bookkeeper to process payroll from beginning to end, manage quarterly tax forms, and work within QuickBooks (desktop and online). This role offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity for increased hours during peak tax season.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process payroll accurately from start to finish
  2. Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks (desktop & online)
  3. Reconcile accounts and verify payroll data
