ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Ngoc Phung - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated Customer Support Representative.  Spanish English bilingual skills are highly valued to better serve our diverse client base. Part time and Full-time candidates, college students are encouraged to join with office hour from Monday to Friday. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Phone answering and taking message 
  • Scheduling appointments Build and maintain strong customer relationships, including assisting clients with billing, document, claim questions 
  • Support insurance agents with policy management and customer service tasks
  • Accurately maintain records and documentation in agency systems

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Motivated to contribute to agency growth
