Field Support Technician Position:

Infrared Thermography Services & Nondestructive Testing

BUILDINGTECH INSPECTION SERVICES is looking for a qualified person with a valid driver license and reliable transportation. We are looking for experienced in construction, self-motivated person who has the attitude to learn new skills working all weather conditions.

BuildingTechIR performs electrical infrared inspection services, infrared roof inspections, building envelope inspections and water spray rack testing. The filed support technician will work on a part time for the spring till end of summer..

Job requirements include:

  • Must be of good moral character, responsible and mindful of others.
  • Minimum age of 18, high school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license in good standing
  • Good eyesight
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Ability to climb ladders
  • Ability to read and write English, and possess effective communication skills
  • Willingness to work after hours regularly, some overnight travel
  • Flexibility regarding work schedules and locations required by clients
  • Willingness to submit to background screening and drug testing
  • Willing to work outdoors
  • Willing to travel
  • Willing to wear proper safety clothing and gear on job sites
  • Must Have OSHA 40 HR SST/ 10 HR

BuildingTechIR is look for individual that has no problem climbing ladders, working long hours and can pay attention to details to taking notes. We are looking for someone who will learn new skills and about any new equipment needed for the job.

The applicant must have reliable transportation and a clean driving record. Some of the sites conduct extensive background checks.
