Join our Flash Team as an IT Help Desk Technician!

You'll work alongside a supportive group of IT professionals in a high-energy environment, keeping our hardware, cloud tools, and daily workflows running seamlessly. With flexible hours, great benefits, and hands-on skill-building across top industry platforms, this is the perfect opportunity to make an immediate impact while elevating your career.

Location: Austin HQ, may need to go to the Dripping Springs Warehouse on occasion

Schedule: Flexible hours, minimum 24 hours, max 29 a week, Monday - Thursday

What You'll Do:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding requests, including provisioning and decommissioning hardware and software
  • Image, deploy, and configure new devices for employees
  • Handle IT asset logistics via ticketing system (shipping/receiving equipment domestically and internationally)
  • Administer and support internal tools such as Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Slack, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft O365
  • Provide support for Windows machines, MacBooks, and iPads
  • Decommission out-of-warranty equipment and coordinate recycling efforts
  • Partner with vendors for warranty-related hardware support
  • Maintain and manage IT inventory, including tracking assets and stock levels
  • Keep asset management systems up to date to support budgeting, refresh cycles, and audits
  • Assist the IT team with ongoing and new projects

 What You Bring:

Technical Skills

  • Experience imaging and deploying devices (Windows/Mac environments)
  • Familiarity with cloud-based IT systems and identity management tools
  • Experience supporting a mixed-device environment (Windows, macOS, iOS)
  • Knowledge of IT asset management and lifecycle processes
  • Understanding of ticketing systems and IT support workflows

Soft Skills

  • Strong customer-first mindset with the ability to build relationships and empathize with users
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
  • Reliable transportation to the main office and occasional travel to a warehouse location
  • Flexible schedule

Salary: 

$20.00 - $25.00/hour

Final salary will be determined based on candidate's skills and experience level.
