Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently working with a company looking for a Receptionist (part time) in the Dallas TX area. If you have the qualifications listed below and are interested in this opportunity- apply with us today!
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supported with front desk operations
  • Coordinate meeting schedules and manage incoming phone calls with a high level of professionalism
  • Oversee conference room bookings and ensure spaces are prepared for meetings
  • Maintain office supply inventory and handle reordering as needed
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
  • Operate standard office equipment such as printers, copiers, fax machines, and postage systems
  • Assist with onboarding tasks, including new client setup and related documentation
  • Support special projects and provide additional administrative assistance as needed
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in a front desk or administrative support role
  • Experience in a law firm or accounting firm environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail
