Job description

Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dependable, friendly, and detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a healthcare setting while assisting with administrative responsibilities.

Schedule:
  • Weekdays: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Weekends: Saturday and/or Sunday
    • 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM or
    • 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls.
  • Monitor facility entrance and assist with visitor sign-in procedures.
  • Handle resident trust/patient funds accurately, including deposits and withdrawals.
  • Provide clerical support, including copying, and data entry.
  • Assist residents and families with general inquiries.
  • Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with nursing, administrative, and other department staff.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous receptionist, customer service, cashier, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Experience handling cash or financial transactions is preferred.
  • Strong computer and telephone skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Long-term care or healthcare experience is a plus.
