Job description

Ambassadors exist to radiate a hospitable and inviting experience to everyone who visits downtown Schenectady. Ambassadors should present with a positive attitude and be Teachable, Reliable, a Team-player and Committed.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Answers questions & give directions
    • Be aware of downtown events, shows, and places of interest
  • Be on the lookout for unfavorable behavior
