Automotive Customer Support Representative (Part-Time, In-Person)
Douglas Motors is seeking a friendly, professional Customer Support Representative to call customers after their vehicle service appointments and help ensure a positive service experience. Following up by phone after a service visit is a common customer service responsibility, and dealership customer service roles often include post-service calls and appointment-related follow-up. The work time is 3:00 p.m. to close, three hours a day, Monday through Friday, in person at Douglas Infiniti, 430 Morris Ave. Summit, NJ 07901. Must know how to use a computer, Google Docs, and email.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Shift: Late afternoon to early evening, 3 hours per day

Job responsibilities
