Job description

Part-Time Therapist (LMHC/LCSW) โ€“ In-Person Position
Rockland County & Orange County, NY

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated LMHC or LCSW to join our growing behavioral health practice on a part-time, in-person basis.

Position Requirements

  • Active New York State LMHC or LCSW license
  • Eligible for insurance credentialing
  • Ability to provide in-person services in Rockland County and/or Orange County offices
  • Experience conducting individual therapy sessions
  • Ability to facilitate group counseling sessions
  • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
  • Experience working with substance use disorders is a plus
  • Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual counseling services
  • Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups
  • Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and other clinical documentation
  • Coordinate care with referral sources and other providers as needed
  • Participate in case reviews and treatment planning
