As the Store Advisor, you will be the brand ambassador and primary creator of our premium, individualized fan experience in-store. You will master the fundamentals of our Cloud CX Premium service model focused on a detail-oriented approach to make every guest feel genuinely welcomed.ย 

Reporting to the Store Leader on the Retail team, you will support the retail function by demonstrating a high-level of excellence through service with authenticity. Your contribution ensures our premium service standards drive brand loyalty and honors our mission to ignite the human spirit through movement.

ย Your Mission:
  • Deliver a premium, individualized fan experience by mastering our Cloud CX philosophy and executing the 5 Steps of Service to drive long-term brand loyalty
  • Support guest interactions through elevated try-on rituals and personalized product education to resolve hesitations and ensure a seamless shopping journey
  • Execute daily operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining premium visual standards and accurate inventory management to reflect On's global positioning
  • Support On's unique market position through community engagement and collaborative teamwork, ensuring clear communication to start and finish every shift together
