Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the production and assembly of products according to company standards
  • Operate basic production equipment and tools safely and efficiently
  • Load, unload, and move materials or finished products as needed
  • Inspect products for quality and report defects or issues
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the production area
  • Follow all safety guidelines, procedures, and company policies
  • Assist supervisors and team members with other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or production is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Basic understanding of workplace safety practices

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks and manual labor

Work Environment

  • Manufacturing/production facility
  • May involve exposure to noise, dust, or machinery
