Human Resources Coordinator (Part-Time)
Memory Training Centers of Florida
North Miami Beach Office
Compensation: $20 per hour
Schedule: 5 hours per day, Monday through Friday, 9am-2pm or 12pm-5pm

Memory Training Centers of Florida is seeking a part-time Human Resources & Recruiting Coordinator to support our growing team and expanding mental health practice serving seniors throughout South Florida. This role has a strong focus on recruiting and talent acquisition, making it ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who enjoys working with people, sourcing candidates, and helping build a high-quality clinical team.

About the Role
The Human Resources & Recruiting Assistant will play a key role in supporting our hiring efforts and day-to-day HR operations. A significant portion of this position will involve active recruitment, candidate sourcing, and proactive outreach to clinicians and potential clinical staff, in addition to general human resources support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively recruit clinicians and clinical support staff through candidate sourcing and outreach
  • Conduct proactive candidate outreach to therapists, mental health professionals, and other potential clinical staff
  • Identify, source, and contact qualified candidates through online platforms, referrals, and community resources
  • Manage job postings across Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms
  • Review resumes and screen applicants
  • Schedule and coordinate phone screens and interviews
  • Maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Assist leadership with recruiting strategies and talent pipeline development
  • Support onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Maintain personnel files and confidential employee records
  • Assist with background checks and reference checks
  • Track applicant flow and hiring progress
  • Provide general HR and administrative support as needed

Qualifications
Preferred candidates will have:

  • Prior experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, HR, healthcare administration, or sales
  • Experience with candidate outreach, sourcing, and follow-up strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with professionals
  • Exceptional organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
