For a part-time housekeeper, the 7 rules of housekeeping include maintaining cleanliness and organization, following proper cleaning procedures, using appropriate cleaning tools and products, respecting client privacy, adhering to safety standards, managing time efficiently, and reporting any maintenance issues.
