RemoteiGaming Performance Marketing Experience Preferred
Dignotion is seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with proven experience in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns. We're especially interested in candidates with a background in iGaming or other regulated verticals, who understand the nuances of acquisition marketing in fast-paced, performance-driven environments.
In this role, you'll manage and optimize campaigns across paid search, social, display, and native channels. You'll also contribute to strategy, analyze performance data, and help drive measurable growth across multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, Meta, programmatic display, and native advertising
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI/CPA, monitor pacing, and ensure delivery targets are met
  • Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and surface insights to guide decisions
  • Coordinate with internal teams on landing pages, creatives, and tracking implementation
  • Ensure compliance with platform policies and specific advertising guidelines
  • Stay current on media trends, competitor activity, and emerging tools relevant to performance marketing

Requirements
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience running digital ad campaigns (search, social, or display)
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with performance metrics and reporting tools
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, and audience segmentation
  • Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Fluent written and spoken English, additional languages a plus
  • Available to work part-time, remotely, and align with U.S. time zones
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Prior experience managing campaigns for iGaming, betting, casino, or similar regulated industries
