About the Role
As a Host / To-Go Specialist, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests-whether they're dining in or picking up an order. This role combines hosting, takeout support, and customer service to ensure guests have a positive and seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and seat guests with a warm, friendly attitude
  • Manage the waitlist, reservations, and guest flow efficiently
  • Prepare and package takeout orders accurately and promptly
  • Ensure all to-go items, utensils, and sauces are included
  • Handle phone calls and assist guests with questions or orders
  • Maintain a clean, organized host stand and pickup area
  • Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and managers to ensure smooth service
  • Provide excellent customer service during busy periods
