Job description

The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for a Parts Delivery Driver to join our dynamic team. The potential candidate will load, secure and deliver parts to our customers on a safe and timely basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and insurable driving record
  • Maintain a clean and professional personal appearance
  • Must be friendly and courteous to all customers
  • Communicate with Warehouse Clerk or designee coordinating pickups and deliveries
  • Assist in keeping the Parts Department clean, organized and professional in appearance
  • Keep company vehicles clean and properly maintained
  • Assist Warehouse/Shipping/Receiving Clerk as load demands
  • Deliver invoice, accompanying parts that were delivered, and returning with the properly signed copies
  • Responsible for the collection of cash invoices delivered
  • Assist at the parts counters as customer load demands
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Should possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • A college degree is preferred, but not required
  • Experience in a related field is preferred but not required
  • Experience with Excel, Outlook, and Dealer Software systems is preferred
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
