Job description

Per Diem (Open Availability) Hospital Security Officer - $25.00 Everett, Ma

Northeast security is seeking a Part Time Hospital Security Officer for our sites in Everett, Ma.

Pay Rate: $25.00

Schedule: Tues, Thurs & Fri 2300-0700 (24 hours per week)

Requirements:

Hospital Security experience a plus

Must be willing to receive flu and Covid Vaccinations

Perks:

Extensive training and certifications provided by NES: - CPR certification

- Metal Detector Training

- CPI (Use of force in hospital setting) certification

Hospital Security Officer Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Must keep a professional appearance.
  • Must remain on post at all times.
  • Monitoring Patients and Staff for safety concerns
  • Deescalating
  • Provide general admin support and respond to inquiries and anticipate customers needs.
  • Review and approve all reports, duty logs, etc. submitted by security personnel.
  • Ensure timely notification of all serious incidents.
  • Assist hospital staff when needed with restraints/de-escalation.
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Maintain effective communications with all assigned security personnel.
  • Deliver a memorable and pleasant experience to all customers/vendors.
  • Counsel, advise, motivate, and (when necessary) provide discipline and positive reinforcement to personnel assigned to the location.
  • Ensure that assigned security personnel are kept up-to date on any modifications to procedures, policies, or regulations.

Work schedule may include evenings or night shifts and weekends/holidays as determined and scheduled annually.

Assume other duties as required by either Client or Northeast Security, Inc
