Job Duties:

  • Provide personal care and assistance with homemaking tasks in accordance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate as a member of the interdisciplinary team
  • Communicate and follow up with supervisor and co-workers regarding patient needs, care, or concerns
  • Promote positive relationships with patients, families, and facility staff

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 18 years old
  • Completed High School or earned Equivalency Diploma
  • Successful completion of a formal certification training program or a written skills test and competency evaluation
  • Minimum of six (6) months’ work experience in a direct care setting
