We are currently seeking hospitality minded RN's or LPN's to work in our Rehab or Skilled unit (12 hour shifts) Great Staff/Resident Ratios ~ Skilled Nursing 7a-7p 1:16 - 7p-7a 1:24. Rehab Unit 7a-7p & 7p-7a 1:11 max. RGV reimburses the fee for your RN/LPN license & CPR. IV certification offered as well as other certifications. RGV has no trach or TPN residents. Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding care to our residents. Responsibilities and Duties The Staff Nurse is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation and emergency calls as indicated. RGV seeks to have each Staff Nurse strive to make the environment at RGV warm and inviting for residents and their family. RGV desires strong leadership skills in each Staff Nurse where they lead by example, guide their aides to do their best and make RGV feel like home for each resident.
