Job description

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate program logistics, including resident rotations, faculty schedules, and training activities.

Serve as a liaison between the residency program, community-based organizations (CBOs), and HRSA.

Assist in budget management, tracking grant expenditures, and documenting compliance with HRSA requirements.

Support data collection and reporting, including performance metrics and program evaluation efforts.

Organize faculty development sessions, preceptor training, and educational workshops.

Facilitate resident participation in national and regional conferences related to homeless healthcare.

Assist in curriculum development and educational material organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree required.

Up to 2 years experience in program coordination, medical education, or community health initiatives required.

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with grant management and reporting preferred.

Passion for working with underserved populations.
