At Free Style Mercantile, we’re not a big corporate chain — we’re a small business built around teamwork, loyalty, and helping each other wherever needed. We’re looking for someone who wants to be part of a team that feels more like family.

This position is more than just standing at a register. We need someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to the little things, and understands that in a small business, everyone jumps in and helps where needed.


Responsibilities Include:

  • Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
  • Running register and handling transactions
  • Stocking shelves, coolers, and displays
  • Inventory management and pricing updates
  • Keeping an eye on product levels and communicating with ownership when items need replenished
  • Helping assist with kitchen and takeout operations when needed
  • Helping keep the store clean, organized, and running smoothly
  • Working together as a team and stepping in wherever help is needed
